Here you will find all information regarding shipping. If your delivery takes too long or you encounter any difficulties, please contact us at spellcrow@umbraturris.com. We will answer your enquiry as soon as we can, and provide the tracking number to solve the issue immediately!

SHIPPING SERVICES

Tracked Shipping
The service we use at the moment to ship your orders is Poland Post/Poczta Polska – all parcels are then provided by other national shipping services, e.g. USPS in the US and Royal Mail in the UK. See below for full details, prices and approximate delivery timings for other countries.

Tracked Shipping is FREE for orders over £50 / $69 / €59 / 272 zł. Under that value it costs £5 / $7 / €6 / 14-22 zł

Courier Service
We provide GLS, DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS courier services in the whole European Union. Courier Service for the countries outside European Union is unavailable. See below for full details, costs and approximate delivery timings for the selected countries.

Courier shipping is FREE for orders over €95 / 435 zł. Under that value it costs €14 / 16 zł

SERVICE: Paczkomat InPost
Delivery Time: 1-2 days
Shipping Costs: 14 zł (for orders under 272 zł)  Free (for orders over 272 zł)

Below you will find all definitions of the order status updates you receive from us.

Order not confirmed
After you place an order, if it has an "Order not confirmed" status, it means that our webstore didn't notice the payment for this order. If you chose to pay via PayPal and the status didn't change to "PayPal-Completed", or you chose to pay via Bank Transfer, please send us the confirmation of your payment to spellcrow@umbraturris.com. After receiving the confirmation, we will start completing your order.

Order in realisation
The "Order in realisation" status means that we are completing your order. It usually takes 2 business days to prepare, pack and ship your order. Some items are not always in stock, so they need to be cast by our foundrymen before shipping, making the realisation process a little longer. At extremely busy times, the realisation of your order may last a couple of days more. We will inform you about possible delays.

Order shipped
The "Order shipped" status means that your order has been completed and shipped. If you want to check where your package is, feel free to send us a tracking number request to spellcrow@umbraturris.com.
