What is a Mail Order?

Mail Order is your opportunity to buy Spellcrow products that are not available for sale.

How to make a Mail Order with Spellcrow?

1. Email recipient: spellcrow@umbraturris.com

2. Email title: Mail Order *your name and surname* (Example: Mail Order Jack Smith)

3. Write names of the products and their quantities.

4. Write which shipping method you prefer:

Tracked Shipping
£5 | $7 | €6 | 22 zł

Courier Service
€14 (European Union only) | 22 zł (Poland only)

Paczkomat InPost
17 zł (Poland only)

5. Write your name, surname and full delivery address (including your phone number if you chose Courier Service or Paczkomat InPost as your shipping method).

6. Your Mail Order is ready to be sent to us!

How we proceed

After we receive your Mail Order, we will send you an email confirmation. Then, we will begin completing your order. It may take from 3 to 14 working days. Once the order is complete, we will send you an email with the total for your order and the details for payment via PayPal or bank transfer. In that email, there will be a request for the order confirmation, making the payment and confirming the payment. Please note: your order will be shipped only after you send us the payment confirmation.

Realisation time and delivery

The realisation time may vary from 3 to 14 working days, depending on the availability and the total amount of orders at the time. You will find all information about estimated delivery to your country at our Shipping & Delivery page.
