Well written set of rules, simple enough to learn but with a depth to add strategic elements. All in all a very good rule set for a 10mm fantasy battle game!

This is a fantastic product for those who want to read about Argatoria on the go or if someone else is flicking through the physical copy of the rule book at the same time. The artwork really captures the setting (including a map) and is reminiscent of old school wargaming. It is a great introduction to some of the characters and units, bringing the fantasy world to life. There is a nice written introduction to the lore of Argatoria as well as a selection of short stories to give you a flavour of what each of the four featured factions are like (Arox, Sorgax, Vaendral and Dirandis). There are some tips from the creators to painting each of the four factions as well as the types of colours to use for them. There is a handy page of suggestions for how to prepare and paint some of the models too. The team has done a wonderful job of capturing the essence of the 10mm miniatures in some colour photos, beautifully painted and photographed in a very nostalgic way. The rules section covers the rules, four factions' stats, 6 scenarios and 6 battlefields. Next to each scenario, there is a difficulty level too which is very useful for beginners and veterans of the game alike. Although some of the writing requires some extra rereading due to the translation to English, it is not hard to understand what the intention of each rule is and is quick and easy to pick up. Overall, this is a great product if you want to know all about the world of Argatoria and learn to play (and paint) anywhere with this handy PDF version. It is also lovely to see the team behind Argatoria featured in the book as it brings even more personality to this gaming system. (Reviewed using both mobile and tablet devices)

Great read and rules. Could be edited slightly better in English and layout can be time consuming scrolling between core rules and army lists but these are minor points in an otherwise amazing product. Very immersive introduction to the world and great motivation to get started with the game!

Really like the rules, found them easy to understand and translate to the table. The colour section is great for inspiration for my models, and give a good feel of what is available in the ranges (and what you would like added to the range). The army lists being included is a plus (as are the shared units in the Lizard and Human lists), as you are able to plan an army without extra expense. Highly recommended
